GETTING CLOSER TO OUR CLIENTS

Over the years, Claisse has developed strong and significant partnerships with European clients. In fact, we are particularly proud to say that our first rFusion Modular System was installed in Sweden in 2009. Now, we feel that it is time for us to take our Customer Service to new heights by opening a first European office in France. Our goal is to get closer to our clients and to offer them all the technical and analytical support that Claisse has to offer.

Mr. Sébastien Rivard, M. Sc., Chemist, will be in charge of the Claisse office in France. Mr. Rivard has worked for many years as a Claisse technical representative. His expertise in sample preparation by fusion for XRF, AA and ICP along with his experience on the field will benefit our European clients. Claisse already has a highly trained and qualified network of agents established throughout Europe. We are looking forward to coordinating our efforts with them in order to provide our clients with the ultimate Claisse experience.
