Claisse is represented by local agents in 70 countries on all 5 continents. These representatives are specially selected according to our rigorous criteria to:

• Have frequent contacts with labs involved with XRF, AA or ICP analysis
• Have an excellent reputation
• Be customer-oriented and offer excellent after-sales services
• Have chemists and service engineers on their team

Each year Claisse receives, on average, visits from five agents for training, with each agent sending two of his staff:

• A service engineer to be trained on our instruments, installation and preventive maintenance
• A chemist representative to be trained in fusion start-up and troubleshooting

Claisse also has agreements with many XRF manufacturers that are allowed to distribute our instruments packaged with their XRF spectrometers.

Our local agents and their customers are always closely supported by Claisse Canada through the area chemist technical representative. Our professionals regularly travel abroad for scientific presentations, user workshops, customer visits, agent training, evaluation and similar activities.
